In addition to showing you the number of visitors to your job page, we have just added tracking for the number of clicks your “Apply Now” button receives. This allows you to track how many people have tried to apply for your job and how they convert. This feature is particularly useful if you are using the Custom Apply URL feature.
You can find the click count underneath the job title on the My Jobs page where it says “Apply Clicks”.
