Job description

Position Summary

P³ Delivery is seeking a business Analyst to support lodging program operations for the Integrated Lodging Program for a large Federal Government agency. The selected candidate must have at least three (3) years of hospitality industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review existing DTMO lodging programs and processes
  • Collect, review, standardize, and report program data
  • Review data for errors and inconsistencies
  • Support DTMO's management of program data
  • Support Government or commercial travel programs
  • Support Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and online booking tools
  • Support Ticket Management System (TMS) activities
  • Create dashboards and data visualizations
  • Analyze data and identify trends

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hospitality experience
  • Lodging program management background
  • Ability to review existing DTMO lodging programs and processes; collect, review, standardize, and report data
  • Government or commercial travel program experience
  • GDS experience (Sabre and/or Worldspan) and/or online booking tool support
  • Ticket Management System (TMS) experience
  • Knowledge of industry best practices
  • Knowledge of change management plans
  • Experience creating dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analyzing trends
