Beaver Mitsubishi of St. Augustine is seeking a skilled and passionate Experienced Window Tint Specialist to enhance our Service Department Team. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality window tinting services to our dealership's customers, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a profound knowledge of different tint materials and techniques, as well as a keen eye for detail to maintain the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:
  • Precisely applying window tint to vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and customer preferences, ensuring a flawless finish.
  • Removing old window tint and adhesive without damaging the vehicle.
  • Consulting with customers to understand their needs and recommending suitable tint options that comply with state laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all tools and materials are properly stored.
  • Inspecting finished work for any imperfections and ensuring that any issues are promptly corrected.
  • Keeping up-to-date with advancements in tinting technologies and materials.
  • Managing inventory of tinting supplies and equipment, and notifying management when restocking is necessary.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and handling any customer queries or concerns with professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Window Tint Specialist, with a portfolio or references to showcase previous work.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of window tinting techniques, materials, and legal compliance.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods, and manual dexterity to handle tools and materials.
