Loyola Academy seeks a mission-focused lay ecclesial minister or Jesuit for the role of Adult Faith Formation Coordinator in the division of Mission, Ministry, and Identity (MMI).
SUMMARY:
This is a full-time, exempt, 10 month, staff position with responsibilities during and after the school day, on weekends, and some evening commitments.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILIES:
The primary responsibilities of the Adult Ignatian Formation Coordinator will be to provide spiritual programming and pastoral outreach to form for mission the adults within the Loyola Academy community: faculty, staff, administrators, members of the Board of Trustees, coaches, parents, and alumni. The Coordinator will work to ensure the school is compliant in these standards and benchmarks articulated in Our Way of Proceeding: 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 6.3, 8.7, 9.5, 10.3, 12.3. Specifically, these duties will be required:

WORK HOURS
The standard working week is 40 hours 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Compensation and benefits are competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 Annually
