Ten years of experience analyzing user requirements and designs along with testing, implementing and performing quality assurance of information systems utilizing Natural One, ADABAS, MVS/JCL, COBOL/CICS, VSAM files, Linux/zLinux, Espsoft/SCL, Informix, and UNIX. Three years of experience advising on system architecture, and developing, maintaining, and updating documentation for procedures, policies, and processes.

Two years of knowledge and experience of SNAP, TANF, eligibility, economic assistance, and child welfare policiesand procedures, and implementing state and federal mandates in Linux systems.
