Job description


Kenect is seeking a highly skilled, autonomous, and results-driven Senior Digital Marketer to join our team in Utah. In this role, you will have complete ownership of our digital acquisition channels and online footprint. We are looking for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience who can step in, take immediate charge of our paid media, SEO, and website, and drive measurable pipeline growth with minimal oversight.


What You Will Be Doing

Paid Search & Paid Social Ownership:

  • Strategy, execution, and day-to-day optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other relevant paid acquisition channels.
  • Manage and optimize paid media budget to maximize ROI, lower customer acquisition costs (CAC), and hit MQL and revenue targets.
  • Run continuous A/B tests on creative, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Website Strategy & Management:

  • Complete ownership of the Kenect website, including design, copy updates, page creation, and technical optimization using Webflow.
  • Ensure the website is highly optimized for conversion, user experience, and speed.

Search Engine Optimization:

  • Develop and execute our SEO/AEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to drive organic traffic and inbound leads.
  • Perform keyword research, content gap analyses, and monitor search ranking performance.

Marketing Operations & Integration:

  • Maintain and optimize our marketing technology stack, connecting web performance and paid campaigns to our CRM and automation platforms.
  • Ensure accurate lead tracking, attribution modeling, and pipeline reporting.
  • Provide regular, data-backed reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI directly to marketing leadership.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically managing paid acquisition channels and website operations.
  • Autonomy: A proven self-starter who thrives with high ownership and requires minimal coaching or direction to execute complex campaigns.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is required. Experience with TikTok Ads is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Webflow for website management and landing page creation.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (marketing automation) and Salesforce (CRM) integrations and tracking.
  • SEO Expertise: Proven track record of growing organic search traffic and managing technical SEO.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with advanced capabilities in Google Analytics and attribution tools to measure campaign success.
  • Location: Must be located in Utah (with a hybrid or in-office schedule as required).
