As the Community Manager, you'll serve as the face and heartbeat of your community, responsible for driving operational excellence, cultivating a high-performing team, and ensuring an unparalleled living experience for our residents. Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Operations & Resident Experience: Oversee all daily property operations, ensuring seamless resident lifecycle management from leasing to renewals. Lead with a service-first mindset to proactively address resident concerns, maintenance issues, and community events. Foster strong partnerships with vendors, contractors, and neighboring communities to elevate property operations. Ensure consistent adherence to Fair Housing laws, and company policies.
  • Team Leadership & Talent Development: Recruit, coach, and empower a high-energy team of leasing, maintenance, and service professionals. Build a positive, collaborative culture that prioritizes accountability, enthusiasm, and professional growth. Network within the industry to cultivate a pipeline of future talent. Set clear goals and lead by example with purpose, integrity, and enthusiasm.
  • Financial Performance & Reporting: Maximize financial performance through proactive collections, expense control, rent growth strategies, and resident retention initiatives. Manage budget preparation, capital projects, and financial reporting with accuracy and attention to detail. Analyze property performance data and provide actionable solutions to optimize operations and revenue.
  • Marketing, Leasing & Market Awareness: Develop and execute creative marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain residents. Stay ahead of market trends, economic factors, and competitive communities to ensure your property stands out. Regularly conduct market surveys and property shops to remain competitive and informed.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Property Manager experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of multifamily property management experience, including Class A communities.
  • Proven track record of successful team leadership and employee development.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, reporting, accounts receivable/payable, and capital project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing laws, maintenance operations, resident relations, leasing procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in Yardi and CRM platforms.
  • Strategic marketing and outreach experience with a sharp understanding of market trends and closing techniques.
  • Highly organized, solutions-focused, and committed to delivering top-tier customer service.
