Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Campus Coordinator at Christ Fellowship's Jupiter Location provides administrative and ministerial coordination support to the campus. You are outgoing, logistically strong, and passionate about checklists. You exemplify our core value 'Passion For People' to the fullest. This is a full-time salary (exempt) position reporting to the Campus Pastor, including work on weekends and some nights.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Multiply volunteer teams by building relationships with and supporting their team leaders. These teams include, but not necessarily limited to:
    • Service Support Teams - Logistics (Service Prep Team), Service Coordinators, Data Entry, Baptism, Free Coffee Team, Dream Team Hospitality, Event Hospitality, Pop up Shop, Translation Team, Social Media and Photography
    • Operations Team - Medical Team, Security Team, Contributions
  • Fully supporting these volunteer teams by resourcing them with materials, technology, training, moral encouragement, and your illuminating smile.
  • Continually cultivating (alongside our campus pastor) our relationships with multiple Palm Beach County Organizations (School District, Sheriff's Office, Palm Beach County, etc.).
  • Reconcile monthly departmental expenses.
  • Manage all logistical aspects of campus events (i.e. Easter/Christmas, Sisterhood Nights, etc).
  • Upkeep the look and feel of the campus environments - channel your favorite inner HGTV design show.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Experience in leading and developing staff and volunteers.
  • Exceptionally organized with an operational and administrative mind - we run on checklists and deadlines.
  • Strong communication abilities with a high capacity for prioritizing - we work at warp speeds.
  • Someone with an eye for details and the capacity to see the big picture - creativity, collaboration and innovation are key.
