Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for a creative, social-first storyteller to help lead the end-to-end production of social media content across multiple platforms.  In this role, you'll help shape brand voice, narrative, and identity through social media, while collaborating across teams to bring ideas to life.  You'll thrive here if you're highly creative, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.  This role also supports the strategy, planning, development, and deployment of both paid and organic social campaigns across all brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce platform-specific content including short-form video, static imagery, carousel posts, and copywriting.
  • Capture, create, and execute a high volume of social-first content grounded in audience insights, performance data, and brand voice.
  • Translate brand and product campaigns into strong, compelling, channel-native social content.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and creators to deliver high-quality content on time.
  • Monitor social platforms to identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and new formats, turning them into actionable content ideas.
  • Write and adapt platform-specific copy and promotional hooks aligned with brand voice.
  • Ability to edit and manipulate photos/videos/graphics/etc. for use on social media channels, including usage through paid media.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred; ideal fields include Communications, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media content creation within an agency or in-house environment.
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in content creation or content strategy, ideally support top CPG brands.
  • Strong knowledge of all major social platforms, including best practices, platform nuances, and emerging trends.
  • Deep understanding of social-first storytelling across multiple creative formats, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with marketing teams, cross-functional partners, and external agencies, offering and receiving clear direction and feedback.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to maintain exceptional quality in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), AI creative software and CapCut.
Additional Information

The salary range for this role is $115,000- $125,000 (Annually).  Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link's Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards. Jack Link's provides a variety of benefits to eligible Team Members, including medical, dental and vision benefits, life and disability insurance, 401k participation, paid holidays, and paid time off.
