Job description

Job Description Summary:
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading warehouse solution design and supporting strategy execution across global supply chain operations. You will partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, understand operational priorities, and translate business needs into clear, actionable technical deliverables. This role ensures that warehouse solutions comply with established business processes, governance expectations, and SAP standards while also bringing innovation, scalability, and flexibility to adapt to evolving business requirements.
What You'll Do for Us
  • Design, build, and improve warehouse technology solutions that create measurable business value by increasing productivity, improving operational performance, and enabling scalable execution across warehouse operations.

  • Partner closely with warehouse operations, supply chain, IT, SAP teams, automation vendors, Microsoft technology partners, and third-party providers to understand business needs, manage expectations, and translate requirements into clear technical designs and actionable delivery items.

  • Define practical warehouse solution designs using SAP capabilities such as EWM, WCS, SAP-PE, SAP-TM, and related integrations, complemented by Microsoft platforms, integration services, automation technologies, and fit-for-purpose third-party applications.

  • Make sound technical design decisions by balancing process standardization, SAP best practices, enterprise architecture, operational flexibility, user experience, cost, implementation complexity, and long-term supportability.

  • Lead problem solving across warehouse processes and system integrations by identifying root causes, coordinating technical and functional teams, evaluating solution options, and driving timely resolution of issues that impact warehouse execution.

  • Plan and support solution validation, testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities to ensure warehouse solutions are delivered with quality, adopted by users, and stable in production environments.

  • Drive effective change management by preparing stakeholders and end users for new warehouse processes, system capabilities, automation changes, and ways of working while ensuring documentation, training, and communication are clear and practical.

  • Anticipate delivery, integration, operational, and adoption risks by identifying dependencies early, escalating issues when needed, and implementing mitigation actions that minimize disruption and protect business continuity.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT strategic planning, organization, development and execution.

  • Experience in business process re-engineering and standardizing business processes across entities.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize business needs and allocate resources by appropriately balancing internal capabilities with external consultants is essential.

  • Beyond technical knowledge, outstanding communications skills and Agile methodologies with a collaborative, team-based leadership style.

  • Demonstrated success in leveraging technology to meet business objectives with a pattern of consistent delivery and continual process improvement.

  • Forward-thinking with the ability to anticipate and communicate potential impacts of emerging technologies.

  • Results-orientated leadership with strong negotiation, responsiveness, collaboration, and consensus building experience.

  • Ability to manage change with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • A current understanding of IT management disciplines and the technical tools in use and the ability to keep up with and assess new technology and provide leadership in applying it strategically to business.

  • Advanced program management skills, as well as strong influence and communication abilities, with the capacity to lead highly complex and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Ability to work in a virtual and international environment, facilitating strong collaboration with users, stakeholders, and other team members across various workstreams.

  • Multiple End to End Implementations of ERP solutions with focus on logistics processes.

  • SAP S4 Hana baseline configuration in EWM and understanding of ASRS, AMR, AGV integration, communication protocols API, IDOC, Telegram, SD & P2P Integration, Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, and AI capabilities to support data integration, analytics, automation, and application development. Ability to connect Microsoft solutions with SAP and other enterprise platforms using APIs, middleware, OData, REST, and related integration tools.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

  • 7+ years in an IT leadership role that includes proven ability to deliver IT solutions for a global consumer goods business.

  • SAP Certification in EWM module.

  • Fluent in English.
