Forklift Operator

Qps Employment Group is hiring a Forklift Operator for a company in Lake Bluff, IL. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 1st shift.
Forklift Operator Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:- Proficiently drive a Raymond reach truck and a Raymond counterbalance (dock stocker)
- Complete full location warehouse cycle counts
- Trailer loading and unloading
- Use manual pick ticket or RF device to pick orders for retail customers
- Physically move goods from warehouse location to pallet or cart
- Stretch wrap pallets by hand and apply corresponding labels to pallets
- Move pallets to staging lane using pallet jack
- Perform all jobs in the distribution center as necessary under supervision of the Distribution Manager and Inbound and/or Outbound Processing Lead
- Use equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock such as pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks
- Fill orders, packs, and ships material
- Stand at a table without support for 3 to 4-hour increments; 8 hours in a workday
- Ability to push/pull/lift 20 pounds
- Regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or touch
- Attention to detail
