Required Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of experience in Pega development and system architecture.
Pega Certification: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (At least LSA part 1) certification is required having completed before 2020.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander), including Case Management, Integration, and Security.
Proficient in designing and implementing Pega applications, and using Pega features such as Decision Rules, Data Pages, and Activities.
Expertise in integration techniques (SOAP, REST, Email Listener).
Hands-on experience in Pega 8.x and above.
Proven track record in leading technical teams.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills
Pega Platforms: Experience in Pega Cloud, Pega BPM, Pega CRM, or other Pega frameworks.
Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development processes.
UI/UX: Experience in designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces using Pega UI/Constellation features.
DevOps: Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD for Pega applications.
