As a Manager, Clinical Services, you will oversee daily operations and strategic direction for specific clinical service lines, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
Every day you will manage and mentor clinical staff, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes and efficiency.
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and clinical knowledge, driving continuous improvement and excellent patient care to meet organizational goals.

  • Manages and evaluates the clinical operations, programs and resources of the assigned clinical area/facility to assure the safe and appropriate delivery of diagnostic and/or therapeutic patient care. 
  • Plans, manages and evaluates the work of clinical and administrative staff in accordance with the content, spirit and intent of applicable internal/external regulations and standard for human resource management.
  • Ensures all aspects of clinical operations are conducted and documented in compliance with relevant internal policies, standards/procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. 
  • Participates in annual budget planning and administration relative to assigned responsibilities. 
  • Works with management team to ensure the application of consistent operational and clinical practices. 
  • Participates, as a key member of the management team for the assigned clinical function, in the development of strategies, initiatives and programs.

Required:

  • Oregon RN License
  • AHA BLS
  • NRP within 6 months
  • ACLS within 6 months
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Three (3) years experience and clinical knowledge in Family Birth
  • Two (2) years in Charge Nurse/Leadership or equivalent position

Preferred

  • BSN
  • Bachelor's in a related field
  • Family Birth Place experience
