Job description

About The Company

Annora AI is a venture-backed company expanding the capacity and profitability of America’s industrial base. We turn manufacturers into software-defined factories by building an AI-native OS powered by manufacturing-specific knowledge and agents.

We work with manufacturers on product, quoting, and customer-facing software. We need a product designer to own the look and structure of our product UI and websites, and to help turn that work into a consistent, scalable design system.

What you’ll do

• Own product UI and customer-facing web design

• Make complex manufacturing and quoting workflows clear, modern, and easy to use

• Build reusable patterns and a design system so the work scales cleanly

• Raise the visual and interaction quality of everything customers see

• Verbalize design and UX decisions clearly — why something looks and feels a certain way — so those rules can be turned into reusable design constraints the product can enforce

• Work directly with the team and ship

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of professional product, UI, or web design work (5+ preferred)

• You’ve shipped real product UI, not just marketing pages

• You can own design end-to-end

• You’re strong on taste, hierarchy, and making complex B2B software feel simple

• You can communicate about design and user experience in plain language, not just push pixels

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Ownership and shipped work matter more than title

What this is

High ownership. Early equity. A chance to define how the product looks.
