Job description
Material Handler
Local production plant is seeking an experienced Material Handler to support warehouse and manufacturing operations. Company provides cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) technology and infrastructure rehabilitation solutions throughout North America.
Pay: Starting at $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory rotation, and material movement.
- Operate forklifts and/or telehandlers safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Back and maneuver trailers safely in warehouse and yard areas.
- Learn and support manufacturing and warehouse processes.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience.
- Forklift certification required or ability to obtain and maintain certification.
- Comfortable operating a forklift and/or telehandler.
- Comfortable backing trailers.
- CDL is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and understand safety procedures and work instructions.
- Basic math and measuring skills.
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork.
- Valid driving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing.
- Ability to work in warehouse conditions, including varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
