- Develop, implement, and spearhead process improvements to enhance efficiency, including the introduction, testing, and implementation of new software.
- Monitor case management in IPS Gate and Mission Control systems.
- Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive training plans for team members.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
- Manage the daily activities of team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Establish and maintain individual and team performance standards to uphold quality, productivity, and consistent employee performance.
- Support the team in creating and executing periodic team goals.
