Esthetician Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.
  • Achieve personal and store goals.
  • Explain, recommend and sell products.
  • Perform services, including but not limited to: Dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, Chemical Peels, Lash Lifts and so on.
  • Give service recommendations and rebook clients.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services to ensure Board compliance at all times.
  • Create and maintain a partnership with all TWS personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
  • Demonstrates high standards for customer service, image standards, and consistently executes TWS expectations.
  • Meets or exceeds financial metrics including: service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking, skin treatments, retail revenue, retention/turnover and contribution goals.
  • Responsible for identifying the skill development needed for each staff member and determining the right resource, including themselves, to develop the skill.
Esthetician Requirements:

  • State licensure to practice as an Esthetician.
  • 3+ years of industry experience.
  • Proficient in performing all applicable treatments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner.
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
