Job description

Who we are: Trusaic is a regulatory compliance software company focused on creating better work environments, for everyone. You will be on the front lines of our Trusaic sales team!

You will support the sales team by identifying new business opportunities in order to expand our product reach. As a liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams, you will qualify incoming leads by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Produce qualified prospects through daily outbound cold calls, emails, and messaging.
  • Set up appointments for our Business Development team.
  • Maintain active communication and follow-up with leads by following a strategic sales cadence.
  • Keep the sales pipeline full to consistently move potential clients through the sales process.


Additional Job Duties

  • Identify and research target companies to understand target organizations? products and/or services.
  • Ad-hoc projects as necessary with Trusaic?s sales team.

A Day in the Life?

  • Contacting and calling inbound leads from our marketing (50% inbound, 50% outbound)
  • Prospecting potential clients by conducting phone, email and social media outreach campaigns
  • Identifying new company and individual opportunities using sales intelligence tools
  • Design and execute territory specific plans with Account Executive sales partners
  • Continually develop your skills by participating in weekly team meetings and ongoing training
  • Entering your progress in the CRM

About You?.

  • Bachelor?s Degree
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • 6-12+ months? experience in a sales-related role (telemarketing, appointment setting, etc.)
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to details
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Rewards

  • Base Salary: $55,000- $70,000
  • Uncapped Commission eligible products ? ACA & PayParity
  • Benefits
    • Healthcare Plans (medical, dental, and vision)
    • 401K Plan: Eligibility for participation in the Company?s 401K plan, for which you will become eligible effective on the first day of the month after completing sixty (60) days of employment. The 401K Plan is currently funded by employee contributions only.
    • Paid Time Off (PTO): fifteen (15) days of PTO on an annual basis.
