Location: Reno, NV
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience)

Overview
USA Bath is seeking experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Remodelers to join our growing team in the Reno area. This role involves working on a variety of residential remodeling projects, specializing in bathroom and kitchen renovations. Most projects are located within a 60-90 mile radius of Reno, including Carson City and Lake Tahoe.
If you have hands-on remodeling experience, strong plumbing installation skills, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
  • Complete residential bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects
  • Perform plumbing installations and fixture replacements
  • Install tubs, shower bases, sinks, faucets, and toilets
  • Solder valves and complete plumbing-related tasks
  • Conduct demolition and preparation work as needed
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout projects
  • Travel to project sites throughout the Reno region

Requirements
Must Have
    • 2-3 years of construction experience
    • Experience with bathroom and kitchen remodeling
    • Hands-on experience performing complete plumbing installs, including:
      • Setting tubs and shower bases
      • Soldering valves
      • Replacing toilets, sinks, and faucets
    • Experience working in residential homes (not commercial-only experience)
    • Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
    • Ownership of general contractor/remodeling tools
    • Valid driver's license
    • Pickup truck capable of towing a small trailer
      • SUVs and cargo vans do not meet this requirement
    • Residence within 30 miles of Reno, NV
    • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
    • Ability to pass a background check
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
