Customer Service Representative
Transdev inRedwood City, CAis hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking a friendly, customer service-oriented person dedicated to safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
  • Respond to customer and client inquiries and concerns with timely, accurate information
  • Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
  • Other duties as required, including dispatching

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate standard telephone system.
