This position is able to be filled at any Huntington corporate office location.

Summary:

As the Product Execution Manager within the Digital Assets Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of Huntington’s Digital Assets strategy. You will work across the Huntington Enterprise—including IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal—to coordinate, implement, and deliver the Digital Life roadmap. This role is focused on operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that digital asset initiatives are executed efficiently, securely, and in alignment with enterprise objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Group Product Manager to translate strategic vision into actionable execution plans for digital asset initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to deliver digital asset solutions, including crypto custody, blockchain-based payments, and stablecoin integration.
  • Oversee the implementation of the Digital Life roadmap, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables align with business objectives.
  • Work across Huntington’s lines of business and functional areas to proactively identify, assess, and pursue enterprise-wide opportunities for digital asset adoption and growth.
  • Provide financial analysis and create detailed business cases for digital asset opportunities, supporting each initiative with robust financial modeling and clear value propositions.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics related to adoption, retention, transaction volume, and digital asset revenue, reporting progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with risk management frameworks throughout execution.
  • Foster collaboration and shared insights among enterprise data, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Communicate the business impact and operational status of digital asset initiatives to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Manage external vendors and strategic partners, ensuring delivery against contractual commitments and performance metrics
  • Lead partner onboarding, integration, and ongoing operational alignment within enterprise constraints
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, customer experience, and feature scope
  • Support development of client journeys, UX, and product positioning to enable adoption​

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in product execution, program management, or operations within digital assets.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with digital assets, blockchain, crypto custody, or stablecoin-based payments
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing complex, multi-party ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of financial services risk, compliance, and regulatory environments
  • Proven ability to execute complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Master's Degree.

Compensation Range:

93,000.00 - 189,000.00 USD Annual

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
