Responsibilities*
  • Design, fabricate, and characterize micro -and nanoscale devices for advanced optical imaging systems, biosensors, and MEMS- enabled instrumentation using cleanroom microfabrication techniques.
  • Perform photolithography, thin-film deposition, nanofabrication, device characterization, optical testing, and system integration to support biomedical imaging research.
  • Collaborate with engineers, scientists, physicians, and trainees to develop innovative technologies for real-time optical biopsy, early cancer detection and image-guided surgery.
  • Apply image analysis, machine learning and computational methods to evaluate device performance and improve diagnostic capability.
  • Maintain laboratory documentation, equipment, safety compliance, and perform other related research duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications*
  • Bachelors degree, preferable in Engineering
  • 4-5 years of experience.

Desired Qualifications*
  • Masters degree

Modes of Work
