The anticipated pay for this position is as follows: $23.00/hr + shift diffential. For internal candidates, a compensation percentage increase will be reviewed and determined in partnership with HR, taking into consideration internal equity and relevant experience.
We arehiring immediatelyfor a full time 2nd Shift Safety and Training Coordinator. The Safety and Training Coordinator will promote safety and standard operating procedure compliance as well as administer and maintain records for all training within the facility. When the coordinator is not training or doing safety functions, they will be assisting the warehouse teams with other responsibilities including order picking or inbound/outbound work.

Core Job Responsibilities:
Requirements:
At minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience conducting safety and operational training for material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) in a warehouse or distribution environment
Proven ability to onboard new employees and deliver structured training programs that align with standard operating procedures and safety regulations
Experience evaluating trainee performance, performing training audits, and maintaining accurate training records for compliance purposes
*This position is primarily warehouse work and no more than 20% administrative duties
