Administers nursing care to an assigned group of patients based on physician's orders and Nursing Care Plan.
Consults with Registered Nurse to plan patient care.
Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties including data collection.
Performs nursing skills appropriate for the patient population.
Demonstrates sound knowledge base appropriate to specialty area with consideration for patient's age and bio-psychosocial needs.
Gathers data, implements, and evaluates care for an assigned group of patients based on physician's orders and Nursing Care Plan.
Takes and notes physician's orders accurately.
Consults with Registered Nurse to plan patient care.
Documents data on the appropriate record.
