Job description

This is a sales development role designed to identify, train, and promote future strong insurance producers.

Ohio Auto Warehouse Insurance (Allstate Agency) is growing rapidly and handling hundreds of inbound leads every single day. We already have telemarketers qualifying leads and transferring live, interested customers. Your job is to work the phones, set appointments, support closers, and prove you belong in a higher seat.

If you perform, we promote you.

If you dont, this wont be a fit and thats okay.

No insurance license required.

Sales experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

What Youll Be Doing (Phase 1 Training)

  • Working inbound and outbound phone leads
  • Speaking with customers who already requested quotes
  • Setting qualified appointments and transferring live calls
  • Learning how insurance sales actually work (our way)
  • Proving consistency, call control, and closing instincts

Advancement Path (Phase 2 Promotion)

  • Top performers will:
  • Be trained for a full Producer role
  • Get licensed at the companys expense
  • Move into a Salary & Commission-based sales position
  • Earn significantly more through commissions & bonuses

Requirements

Previous experience in Bartending / Serving, Cell phone or wireless sales, Automotive sales or service advising, Gym/fitness sales, Retail sales leaders, Door-to-door or commission sales

Competitive, confident, and money-motivated

Sales experience strongly preferred
