What You'll Learn
- How to generate and convert real estate leads
- Conducting buyer consultations and showings
- Writing and negotiating contracts and offers
- Using CRM systems (Brivity) to manage and follow up with clients
- Time management, daily structure, and income-producing activities
- Communication, sales, and client relationship skills
Responsibilities
- Complete onboarding and participate in all training and coaching sessions
- Follow up with company-provided leads and new inquiries
- Assist with showings, open houses, and buyer activities
- Practice scripts, role play, and lead conversion skills
- Build and manage a pipeline of active clients
- Track activity and progress using company systems
- Work toward becoming a fully independent, producing agent
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Real Estate License (or desire to obtain one)
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed in a commission-based environment
- Coachable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable talking with people and building relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
