Responsibilities:
Market Analysis & Planning: Collaborate closely with Market Planning to conduct comprehensive research and analysis of existing and prospective markets toidentifyhigh-potential opportunities for new store development, relocations, and to refine market strategies and long-term growth plans.
Site Selection & Negotiation: Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with landlords, developers, and commercial real estate brokers. Lead siteselectionfor franchisee developments, ensuring alignment with brand standards and financialobjectives. Negotiate favorable lease terms and manage due diligence for approved sites.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in real estate,business,finance, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in corporate commercial real estate and market research analysis within theretail,QSR,fast-casual industryoran equivalent combination of education and experienceis preferred.Previousexperience working with franchisees or client-based relationshipsis essential to success in the role.
