This position will pay $21.00 to $22.00/hr. This position will be in Meridian, MS but report to our location in West Monroe, LA.

Our Drivers keeps the heartbeat of our supply chain strong by efficiently handling, organizing, and moving goods to ensure everything is where it needs to be, right when it's needed. They're the backbone of smooth operations, making sure every product is ready for its next destination.
Starting wage: $21.00 to $22.00/hr. This position will be in Meridian, MS but report to our location in West Monroe, LA
How you will make a positive impact:
  • Deliver packages and industrial blades or products according to the scheduled route
  • Follow designated schedule and seeks efficient travel routes
  • Scans or records packages and maintains documentation of deliveries
  • Conducts routine vehicle inspections
  • Follows all DOT and company regulations to operate safely
  • May include material handling, therefore, must be Forklift Certified (or able to become certified)
  • Keep accurate inventory and driving records
  • Receive and record incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Verify accuracy of goods shipped or received against Bills of Lading, invoices, inventory, etc.
  • Maintain accurate inventory information both incoming and outgoing
  • May use bar code readers; computer terminals or other electronic devices includes laser part marking.
  • General vehicle cleaning (inside/outside)
  • May be required to provide support and training to other
  • Work with a high sense of urgency
  • Wear all required PPE
  • Active participation in Lean and Safety training and events

  • Must have a valid Driver's License and good driving record
  • Must represent the company well in communication and conduct, both internally and externally. This includes interactions with fellow employees, customers, vendors, and the public as a whole.
