Job Title: Solar Laborer
Job Description
This role supports the installation of solar panels on commercial rooftops and carports throughout the Phoenix area. You will work outdoors as part of a construction crew, using hand and basic power tools to assist with solar panel installation and related mechanical and electrical tasks.

Work Environment
This position is based in an outdoor work environment on commercial rooftops and carport structures in the Phoenix area. You will spend most of the day on your feet, working 8-10 hour shifts in varying weather conditions. The work involves physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and positioning solar panels and materials, often at heights. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and used regularly to support a safe job site.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Buckeye, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
