Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
This entry-level general production role supports multiple functions across the meat-processing production area. The position focuses on general labor tasks, maintaining sanitation and safety standards, and assisting with equipment setup, operation support, and cleanup. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, follow established procedures such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) regulations, and help ensure efficient, safe, and consistent production on the 2nd shift.

- Ability to follow directions accurately and work under minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner.
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime hours as needed based on production demands.
