Job description

Small manufacturing company looking for a General Laborer.
Pedal Pros LLC provides Right hand Drive Conversion kits for USPS Rural Route Mail Carriers.
Pay is $20 hour ($18.00 for 1st trial week of training). Annual rate increases based on performance and review. 40 hours week, M-F 8-5. A few paid holidays and 1 week vacation after first full year of employment. No other benefits.
Skills:
* Must be able to lift material and packages up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis (intermittent, not all day).
* Must have the mobility to work inside and under a vehicle when on ramps.
* Basic automobile related skills are a plus (not required). Welding experience (MIG) is a plus (we will train).
* Familiarity with general "garage" type tools - reading a tape measure, drills, metal cutting tools, sanders etc. is a plus (we will train).
* Dependability, honesty and willingness to learn are your greatest assets.
* Attention to detail and multitasking are required.
* Must have drivers license and dependable vehicle.
Must get along with others since this is a small company with few employees. Non-smoking, drug & alcohol free environment. This is a garage environment which is dirty, noisy, hot when it's hot outside and cold when cold outside. If you're not tolerant to these conditions, please don't apply. All staff members cross-train for all duties in the shop.

Day to Day will include Installing Right Hand Drive Conversion kit into Customers Vehicle. Good Physical Flexibility is required as you will be working from your knees and under vehicle on ramps. Welding, Cleaning and Painting of Parts. Creating Sub-assemblies of parts for use etc.
