Job description

Production Fabricator / Assembler- Pay up to $17/hr- IN.

Location: Indianapolis, IN.

Pay: $17-$19/hr

Shift: 1st- 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (Monday-Friday)


Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical products using hand tools and equipment.
  • Read and follow work instructions, technical drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Load and unload components into fixtures and machines.
  • Perform visual inspections and basic functional testing.
  • Kit and organize components for production orders.
  • Package finished products according to quality and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate production and inventory documentation.
  • Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
  • Support team production goals and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
  • Manufacturing or production experience.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to use hand tools and inspection equipment.
  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working with microscopes or magnification tools when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Soldering experience
  • Electronic assembly experience
  • PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing experience
  • IPC certifications
  • Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings
  • Quality inspection experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
