    What You'll Be Doing

    As a Water Transfer Technician, you'll play a critical role supporting active energy and construction projects throughout the region. Every day brings a new challenge, a new job site, and the chance to work alongside experienced field professionals.

    Responsibilities
    • Set up, operate, and monitor pumps, hoses, and water transfer systems.
    • Perform roustabout duties including rig-up and rig-down operations.
    • Assist with tank builds and field construction activities.
    • Assemble, install, and dismantle tanks and related structures.
    • Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Support telehandler and material-handling operations.
    • Travel to active job sites and assist with project execution.
    • Work safely in outdoor environments and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols.
    • Help keep projects moving by delivering reliable field support where it's needed most.

    What We're Looking ForRequired Experience
    • Minimum 6 months of outdoor labor, construction, field service, or industrial experience.
    • At least 1 year of experience using hand and power tools.
    • Ability to work 12-hour shifts in varying weather conditions.
    • Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet using man lifts.
    • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites.
    • Ability to thrive in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
