Role Summary

LOCATION: ON-SITE, RAYMORE, MO

SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8AM-4:30PM

The Recruiting Coordinator reports to the Recruiter who leads recruitment efforts for URBN's supply chain fulfillment centers and contact center operations. While primarily based at the Nuuly fulfillment site in Raymore, MO, the coordinator may occasionally travel to other locations to support hiring events and community engagement recruitment activities.  

Success in this role depends on strong collaboration and clear communication with key stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are met and aligned with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, excels at task prioritization, and demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Role Responsibilities
  • Manages the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hourly roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking system (ATS) management. 

  • Partners with temporary staffing agencies, centralized planning, operations leadership, and HR to coordinate weekly headcount need and facilitate the monthly conversion process from temporary to permanent employment. 

  • Delivers exceptional candidate support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues with professionalism and care. 

  • Guides new hires through onboarding and paperwork completion to ensure a seamless transition into orientation and employment. 

  • Supports the planning, promotion, and execution of hiring events and community job fairs, creating an engaging and authentic candidate experience. 

  • Collaborates with the Supply Chain recruitment team across the network to assist with hiring surges during peak seasons or other specialized roles as needed.

Role Qualifications
  • Bilingual English/Spanish Required  

  • Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience preferred  

  • At least 1 year of experience partnering with business leaders to support hiring needs  

  • Highly self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments  

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities  

  • Travel as needed to other site locations
