Job description

Creator Partnerships Assistant (Temporary, Part-Time)
Support the team that helps real creators land brand deals. About 20 hours a week, fully remote, August through December.
Who we are
Over 50 million people call themselves creators, but only a small fraction earn a full-time living from it.
We build tech, run the deals, and do the unglamorous behind-the-scenes work that turns "posting online" into an actual career. Since 2012 we've paid out more than $200 million to creators and built a network with over 400 million followers across YouTube and TikTok. We're selective about who we partner with, we move fast, and yes, our culture occasionally reflects the chaos of the internet itself. We know the creator grind is real because we've lived it.
The role
We're looking for someone to support our brand partnerships team for about four and a half months while a teammate is on leave. This isn't a coffee-runs-and-note-taking gig. You'll be helping move real deals between creators and brands along, and your work will directly keep campaigns on track.
Because it's a 20-hour week, we've sorted the work into what matters most and what's a bonus if you've got the time.
What you'll be doing
  • Helping keep brand deals moving: getting creators their briefs, guidelines, and timelines, then following up so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Coordinating between creators and brands, chasing approvals, feedback, and deliverables so campaigns stay on schedule
  • Helping review creator content before it goes live to make sure it hits the brief, then confirming it posts correctly and dropping the live links in Slack and our dashboard
  • Supporting one of our podcast partnerships: helping vet incoming sponsor opportunities, drafting ad-read scripts (usually one to three a week), and checking they match the approved copy, links, and codes before they air
  • Helping track deal payments and payouts so creators and the business get paid accurately and on time
  • Fielding inbound partnership inquiries and using our tools (Beacons, Solira) to help match the right creators to the right opportunities
Bonus if you have the bandwidth
  • Helping with proactive outreach to brands and agencies, supporting pitches for creators and partnership ideas, and reconnecting with past partners
You'll thrive here if
  • You're seriously organized and genuinely enjoy keeping a lot of plates spinning
  • You write clearly and can communicate with creators and brand partners professionally
  • You follow through reliably and stay on top of the details without being chased
  • You actually care about the creator economy and internet culture (let's be real, you probably already live in this world)
  • It's a plus if you've used tools like Slack, LinkedIn outreach, Beacons, Solira, or Lusha, but we can teach the tools
The details
  • Temporary role: August 1 to December 20, 2026
  • Hours: about 20 per week
  • Pay: $18.47 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Where: fully remote. We can hire you if you're based in CA, NY, MA, CO, TX, FL, GA, NV, or RI
  • Benefits: to be upfront, because this is a part-time temporary role, it's not benefits-eligible
  • Apply by: June 30, 2026
