Job Description

This role focuses on assembling materials and building kits for packaging and shipment within a climate-controlled manufacturing facility. You will work with raw materials, follow detailed work orders, and ensure each kit is accurate, complete, and ready for production or shipment.

Responsibilities

  • Move raw materials to replenish manufacturing lines and support continuous production flow.
  • Verify order information against paperwork to ensure accuracy before assembling kits.
  • Accurately pick, assemble, and package components into kits according to work orders and instructions.
  • Review work orders carefully and confirm all required items are included in each kit.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure each kit is accurate, complete, and meets standards.
  • Assist with inventory management by tracking materials and promptly reporting any shortages.
  • Gather, organize, and package items based on work instructions or work orders.
  • Use basic computer functions to review orders, update information, and support inventory tracking.
  • Cross-train in different departments to support various production and kitting operations as needed.
  • Follow safety and quality procedures while working on the manufacturing floor.
