We offer a variety of roles designed to build leadership skills, professional experience, and confidence while working in a fun, fast-paced camp environment. Staff play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive experience for campers and guests.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by position but may include:

• Supervising campers and ensuring safety at all times
• Assisting with program activities, games, practices, or events
• Supporting coaches, instructors, or program leaders
• Monitoring facilities and maintaining organized, clean spaces
• Communicating effectively with staff, campers, and families
• Modeling positive behavior, teamwork, and professionalism
• Following schedules, policies, and emergency procedures
  Contributing to a welcoming and inclusive camp environment
