Temporary Introverts are individuals who typically display extroverted or ambiverted traits but, due to certain circumstances such as stress, burnout, or the need for personal reflection, temporarily seek solitude and quieter environments. This shift is not a permanent personality change but rather a response to life events or emotional needs. Temporary Introverts may withdraw from social activities for a period of time to recharge before returning to their usual social interactions. Job description

Read this carefully—because this role isn’t for everyone.

We're looking for someone who wants more than just a job. We invest an incredible amount of time, training, and mentorship into every team member because our goal is to build a team of people who are committed to growing with us for the long term.

Please note: After submitting your application, you will be required to complete:

  • A brief personality assessment
  • A short introductory video

These steps are mandatory in order to move forward in the interview process. If you're unable or unwilling to complete them, we respectfully ask that you do not apply.

While we have tremendous respect for those pursuing careers in Physical Therapy or other graduate programs, this position is not intended to be a temporary stepping stone for gaining clinical hours or experience.

We're looking for someone who is excited to plant roots, grow with our clinic, and become an integral part of our team for years to come. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.

This Role Is for You If You:

  • Genuinely wake up energized and ready to serve
  • Would consider yourself an EXTROVERT
  • Love moving, multitasking, and being on your feet
  • Want to play a key role in helping seniors regain strength, balance, and confidence, and independence
  • Are coachable, adaptable, and hungry to learn
  • Can easily pivot and adapt to frequent changes
  • Take initiative and don’t need micromanaging
  • Thrive under pressure and can shift gears quickly without losing momentum

This Role Is NOT for You If You:

  • Are looking for a job just to fill your gap year of college
  • Struggle with early mornings or rely on caffeine to get started
  • Consider yourself an INTROVERT
  • Prefer slow-paced, quiet, or sit-down work
  • Find multitasking or learning new things overwhelming
  • Find it difficult to adapt to changes
  • Jump from job to job without looking to plant roots and grow

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting patients (mostly seniors) with hands-on therapies and equipment setup (stim, laser, vibration plates, etc.)
  • Maintaining a clean, efficient treatment space
  • Providing emotional encouragement and support to patients during care
  • Answering phones, helping with scheduling, and general office flow
  • Capturing patient success stories on video.
  • Assisting with educational classes, seminars, and occasional events
  • Taking on varied responsibilities as needed—we all wear many hats here!

Bonus Points If You:

  • Communicate confidently both in person and on the phone
  • Are naturally organized, proactive, and love to help people

Schedule, Perks & Pay:

  • Full-Time: Monday–Thursday schedule (occasional weekends for seminars)
  • $22–$25/hr based on experience
  • Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, Employee Discounts
  • A meaningful role in a clinic built on faith, heart, and hustle

Bottom Line:

This isn't just another healthcare job.

It's an opportunity to become part of something meaningful.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a career, grow alongside our clinic, and make a lasting impact on the lives of our patients every single day.

If you're searching for purpose instead of just a paycheck, and you're ready to commit to a team that will invest in your growth as much as you invest in ours, we'd love to hear from you.

Company Description
