Temporary Epicor Eclipse Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Description

• Manage customer account portfolios and aging reports
• Perform business-to-business collections on past due balances
• Resolve invoice discrepancies, short pays, pricing issues, and billing disputes
• Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts
• Review and release orders from a credit standpoint
• Partner with sales, operations, and customer service teams to resolve payment issues
• Assist with month-end AR reconciliations and reporting

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Applications, and Collections experience
• Experience in industrial distribution, wholesale distribution, construction supply, manufacturing, or similar B2B environment
• Comfortable managing high-volume customer accounts and open receivables
• Experience working directly with contractors, project managers, purchasing teams, and AP departments
• Experience with ERP systems such as Eclipse, Prophet 21, Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar distribution/manufacturing platforms
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and reporting

This is a Contract position based out of Irving, TX.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
