Electrical Technician 

Location: Houston, TX (77084)

Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire


Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Technician / Assembly Worker to join our team in Houston, TX! In this role, you will perform fine-scale electronic assembly, testing, and precision work in a manufacturing environment. If you possess excellent hand-eye coordination, a strong attention to detail, and a eagerness to learn, we’d love to connect with you!


Key Responsibilities
  • Precision Small Part Assembly: Perform delicate electronic and mechanical assembly following standard operating procedures.

  • Component Joining: Apply epoxies, perform spot-welding, and complete fine soldering on small components.

  • Testing & Inspection: Operate electronic test equipment—including power supplies and oscilloscopes—to verify component functionality and quality.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain strict attention to detail to meet product specifications and quality standards.

  • General Operations: Utilize basic computer skills for entry-level data tracking and follow all workplace safety protocols.


Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience with soldering, epoxying, or spot-welding delicate parts preferred.

  • Familiarity with electronic testing tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, power supplies) is a plus.

  • Exceptional hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and precision.

  • Basic computer proficiency.

  • Positive attitude, strong reliability, and a willingness to learn new technical tasks.
