Job Description

The Opportunity: 

In this temporary position (maternity cover), you will be part of a fun and international team. You will be responsible for managing fully outsourcedEMEA payrolls, with different deadlines throughout the month.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Managing the full payroll cycle for your respective countries, processing and validating input and output 
  • Attending to payroll specific queries from employees and business partners 
  • Maintaining an excellent relationship with the payroll provider and your business partners 
  • Ensuring the timely payment of salaries, social security & taxes 
  • Coordinating with the Finance Department relating to payroll bookings 
  • Safeguarding payroll procedures & internal controls and assisting in requests from Audit partners 
Qualifications

What We're Looking For: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in international payroll; knowledge of French or German payroll is considered a plus. 
  • Integrity (working with highly confidential information) 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills (a large part of your job is following up with our partners and handling questions) 
  • Able to work well in an environment with multiple payrolls and varying deadlines 
  • Solid Excel knowledge to master the most commonly used functions 
  • Excellent English language skills; French is a plus.
