Job description

Description
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading equipment, operating heavy machinery, and supporting yard operations in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
  • Load and unload construction equipment to/from trailers for receiving and shipment.
  • Safely operated forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.
  • Drive and operate heavy equipment, including backing up, tilting, raising, or lowering attachments to facilitate transport.
  • Move equipment between the factory and yard for storage or distribution.
  • Read and interpret shipping and receiving documentation, including Bills of Lading, Shipping orders, Manifests, Tally sheets, and Export documentation.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
  • Outdoor conditions: dust, dirt, rain, etc.
  • Machinery and equipment operations
  • Chemicals such as fumes and fluids from equipment, welding, and painting

  • Ability to operate heavy equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes
  • Ability to read and interpret shipping/receiving paperwork
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for a full workday
  • Valid driver's license (required)
  • Steel-toed boots/shoes

Associate Requirements
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 50 pounds
  • Drug Test
  • Must be at least 18 years old
