Job Type: Full-Time

About the Company

We don’t just talk about great service—we live it. As a leading distributor of high-quality automotive parts, we pride ourselves on delivering unmatched reliability to our customers nationwide. We are looking for a high-energy, resilient Inside Sales Representative to join our Phoenix team and help us keep driving growth.

The Role: What You’ll Do

Forget cold-calling strangers and guessing who is on the other end of the line. In this role, you will be handed a warm, dedicated list of accounts every week—businesses and individuals who already know our brand and have bought from us before. Your mission is simple: reconnect, build relationships, and lock in the next order.

  • Hit the Phones: Manage a high-volume mix of inbound and outbound calls (75+ calls per day).
  • Account Management: Check in on your weekly account list to uncover new sales opportunities and ensure clients have what they need.
  • Navigate & Log: Use our internal database to look up parts, log call details accurately, and manage orders.
  • Drive Revenue: Turn inbound inquiries into closed sales and proactively spark new business with warm outreach.

What We Are Looking For

  • Sales Experience: You know how to guide a conversation, pitch value, and ask for the close.
  • Thick Skin & Resilience: Let’s be real—the automotive industry moves fast. Customers can be direct, blunt, or stressed about a vehicle down. You need to be able to shake off a tough call and move to the next one with energy.
  • Outgoing Personality: You genuinely enjoy talking to people, building rapport quickly, and commanding a conversation over the phone.
  • Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable with data entry, navigating internal software, and typing while talking.
  • Automotive Knowledge (Huge Plus!): If you know your way around transmissions, parts, or have worked in a shop environment, you’ll hit the ground running.
  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred!

What’s In It For You?

  • Uncapped Earning Potential: Stable base salary plus a lucrative commission structure.
  • Get Paid Faster: We reward your hard work with weekly pay on your earned commissions!
  • Warm Leads: No hunting for numbers in the dark.
  • Growth Potential: Learn a specialized, recession-proof industry with a company that values promoting from within.
