To strengthen our CPQ delivery team, we are looking for talented individuals to fill the position of: Senior CPQ Solution Architect
Position Summary
The position contributes to the company's success by acting as a bridge between the business problems and the technology solutions. The Senior CPQ Solution Architect's role is someone who analyzes organizations, designs its processes and systems, and assesses the business model and potentially its integration with the selected technology. The Senior CPQ Solution Architect will be a key leader in improving the quality of the services being delivered. The Senior CPQ Solution Architect may also serve as a technical project manager (offshore) in the planning, execution and management of project deliverables and risks, participate in the customer implementation, and provide post-implementation support. Our ideal candidate will have significant exposure to CPQ software implementation in an agile environment and documentation of solution design for customization and integration requirements/user stories.
Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Support clients in prioritizing user stories in a product backlog
• Communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver CPQ
• Assist BA/Lead in Customization / Integration workshops in collaboration with clients
• Document the Solution Design and translate to Build tasks
• Review test scripts and test scenarios
• Identify issues that could impact scope and work with the project manager to identify solutions

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of Solution Design and requirements assessment experience
• Experience working as a Solution Architect on agile projects
• Structured and logical thinker
• Problem solver
• Inquisitive with ability to interpret customer requirements into solutions
• Ability to work with developers to ensure user stories are clear and well understood
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Clear communicator with strong verbal and written skills
• Strong facilitation skills
• Interest in technology and using it to help people

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience in consulting on software implementations involving integrations and customizations at large Fortune 500 companies, preferably with CPQ, CLM, CRM or ERP systems
• Hands on experience with Quote to Cash processes and multiple CPQ solutions (Conga/Apttus and/or Salesforce CPQ experience preferred)
• Bachelor's degree
