The Role
Claims Services Group, LLC, a Solera Company, is hiring for the following role in Westlake, TX: Senior Product Manager to Analyze customer insights, regulatory trends, and market opportunities to drive roadmaps for Solera's core products portfolios. Telecommuting available.
What You'll Do:
  • Track market trends in mobile telematics, driver behavior analytics, and fleet safety regulations to inform strategic product decisions;
  • Evolve product development processes and tools to drive efficiency, transparency, and alignment across the organization;
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-impact, scalable telematics and risk management solutions that measurably improve fleet safety outcomes;
  • Analyze product performance metrics, industry benchmarks, and customer feedback to continuously optimize features, engagement, and user experience;
  • Drive improvements to SDLC workflows and team collaboration through effective use of JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, and other integrated tools;
  • Ensure rigorous documentation of product requirements, release notes, business cases, and customer-facing materials;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, capturing feedback and translating into actionable product enhancements;
  • Provide recommendations and plans to execute Solera's digital driver safety and risk management portfolio, aligning with customer needs and growth strategy;
  • Drive agile product development through cross-functional collaboration with scrum team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and release planning;
  • Monitor application release management, ensuring timely delivery to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store with all required assets, documentation and approvals;
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop go-to-market strategies for new features, value propositions, and product launches;
  • Facilitate internal and external stakeholder communication, providing clear updates on roadmap progress, releases, and issue resolution based on customer, product and market data;
  • Identify and address product risks, troubleshoot escalated issues, and ensure alignment between cross-functional teams and business objectives; and
  • Align product-related responsibilities to support business objectives and customer success. Multiple positions.

Who You'll Bring:
  • Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Product Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
  • Position also requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Writing product requirements documents based on customer insights and market data; Translating business requirements for Engineering, Customer Success, and key clients; Analysis of complex data and translation into actionable insights; CRM tools; Atlassian Suite, including JIRA or Confluence; Product management tools such as Miro, Figma, Adobe XD, and Firebase; Product management in digital products including SaaS and telematics or mobility solutions; and Advanced excel and analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
