What you'll do
  • Assist with the development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization's long-term strategy
  • Supervise day to day activities/project teams and project progress, establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports
  • Identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
  • Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues
  • Supervise staff to ensure the organization's construction activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.

What you'll need
  • You will have 5 or more years of progressive Telecommunications construction experience
  • You will have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • You may have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related industry, or advanced training in the field
  • You will have working knowledge of AutoCAD/Microstation drafting software
  • You may have working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs
  • You may have 1 or more years of personnel and functional leadership experience and/or project management experience
