Customer Success & Account Support Intern

Vision Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success & Account Support Intern to join our team for Fall 2026.

Our service team plays a critical role in customer success by supporting our customers after we have installed our technology solutions.

Position Overview

The program will provide structured support for customer success, service account coordination, service contract tracking, preventative maintenance, monitoring agreements, SLA support, project coordination, and internal documentation.

Ideal candidates should be organized, professional, detail-oriented, and interested in customer success, technology services, project coordination, service sales, business operations, or account management.

Candidates should have strong communication skills and analytical skills, the ability to manage follow-up items, and a willingness to learn how a service-based technology organization supports customers and recurring revenue programs.

Exposure to Telecom, AV, Security, DAS, IT, construction, facilities, low-voltage systems, sales support, or project coordination is preferred but not required.

You will also be part of a broader intern cohort across the organization, allowing for peer learning and professional development.

As a Member of Our Team, You Will…

Focus on customer account organization, meeting follow-up, customer communication support, and account visibility.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support customer success activities for Technology Services accounts.
  • Help organize customer account information, key contacts, service notes, and open follow-up items.
  • Assist with customer meeting preparation, agendas, notes, and action-item tracking.
  • Help prepare account summaries for internal leadership review.
  • Track customer commitments and support follow-up after service discussions or contract reviews.
  • Identify missing customer information, documentation gaps, or unresolved account items.
  • Support customer onboarding activities for new service agreements.

Other Duties

  • Assist with administrative, analytical, or operational tasks as needed to support ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
