This dynamic role often involves both independent work and teamwork within IT, lending, and operations departments.
To thrive as a Symitar Programmer, you need a solid background in programming (particularly PowerOn), database management, and experience with Symitar’s Episys core processing system, often supported by a degree in computer science or a related field. Familiarity with tools such as PowerOn scripting, Symitar Episys, SQL, and an understanding of credit union operations is highly beneficial.
