About Us
Sup Noodle Bar-Irvine is looking for a friendly, professional, and guest-focused Host/Hostess to join our team. The Host/Hostess is often the first and last impression our guests have, so we are looking for someone who is welcoming, organized, and able to provide excellent hospitality in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Job Responsibilities
As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing the waitlist, seating guests, answering phone calls, assisting with reservations, and supporting the front-of-house team as needed. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm and organized during busy service periods.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
  • Manage the waitlist and seating flow efficiently
  • Assist with reservations and phone inquiries
  • Communicate wait times clearly to guests
  • Seat guests according to restaurant procedures and table availability
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and front entrance
  • Assist servers, managers, and the front-of-house team as needed
