Front General / Server

Súp Noodle Bar – Irvine, CA

Pay: $17.00 per hour + tips
Schedule: Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

About the Role

Súp Noodle Bar Irvine is looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our team. This role helps create a welcoming dining experience by providing excellent guest service, supporting food and beverage service, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and provide a positive dining experience.
  • Inform guests of menu items, specials, promotions, and recommendations.
  • Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and restaurant services.
  • Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with seating, guest flow, wait times, and takeout orders.
  • Support expo by organizing tickets and coordinating with the kitchen.
  • Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables and service areas.
  • Process payments and operate the POS system when needed.
  • Assist servers, bussers, and other team members during service.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies.
  • Perform side work and additional tasks as assigned by the Manager on Duty.
Requirements
  • Food Handler Card required (training provided if needed)
  • RBS certification required, if applicable.
  • 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle payments.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
