What you’ll be responsible for:
You will efficiently maintain and operate property and equipment for JFMC Facilities Corporation (the real estate arm of the Jewish Federation of Chicago) within the approved budget. This job involves maintaining and repairing property and equipment, overseeing building operations and staff, managing work orders and contracts, ensuring security, and acting as the main contact for tenants.
